THE GOOD NEWS IS! We are officially announcing the launch and the availability of Faith杨馥蔚’s full album on the shops listed and online on our shop earlier from the 20th June, today! Please note that, the price per album will resume to it’s original price of $22.90. And all normal local postage are free for online purchases! Thank you.
We’ve received quite a lot of enquiries on the Faith杨馥蔚’s first Solo Album ‘简单生活’(Simple Living). And we have decided on an online pre-order special at $19.90 starting from the 10.06 - 18.06.2009! They will be mailed out on 19.06 so it will be in your mailbox by the first day of launch. After which the official album will be launched in shops listed and online on the 22.06.2009, at an official price of $22.90.
All online prices are inclusive of normal local postage. Overseas orders will incur additional postage to be advised accordingly. To place your order, visit our shop from 10.06. A list of retail shops is also listed if you prefer to purchase it in person from the 22.06.

Faith杨馥蔚 received a call from an unfamiliar number this morning. She was surprised it was Justine廖永其?!! What happened was, Justine went back to her house in Chicago and was shocked the house’s water pipes burst!!! The house is flooded!!! The plumber tried to fix it but whenever a spot got fixed, another part broke! It whipped up a storm in the house!!!What’s worst… Chicago experienced the coldest winter in 12 years!!! Minus 26 Degree Celsius?
Fortunately, Justine’s friends opened up their home to them with warm open arms. It’s during times like these that friendships grow and gets treasured. If not for friends, Justine’s Lunar would have been in dire straits…

Yes! The Ex-Duet ‘2个女生/2 Gals’ are back! They had been working hard on the recording of their New Single ‘Smile Again/重拾笑容’ in the 2 months that Justine廖永其 has been back since mid of November 2008. Today, Justine flies off to Chicago… Faith杨馥蔚(杨孝芬) is just glad that they are able to complete this Single successfully with the support of their friends. And the Single will be released in 02022009! It’s a song written 5 years back before Justine first left for Chicago.

‘Looking for Melquíades’, an exhibition by its 12th artist-in-resident, New-York based Colombian visual artist, Luis Cantillo. A photography project that sets to portrait one of the most fascinating characters from the book by renowned Latin-American writer Gabriel Garcia Márque.Rebirth(Faith杨馥蔚) participated in the production, inclusive of the casting, image concept; the styling, hair & makeup of our model, Michelle Tessensohn.
This is the first time we worked with an overseas talent. It was a great exchange and pleasure for us. Luis Cantillo will exhibit a series of images shot underwater during his residency in Singapore that is inspired by the journey taken by one of the book’s characters, , a gypsy-alchemist. The first time that the character dies in the novel happens to be in Singapore and the photographs are “possible reincarnations of him in Singapore today”.
Cantillo says, “With this project I hope to create an artwork that links two countries together with the language of literature, art and music.”For this exhibition, Cantillo is also collaborating with local composers to create a sound piece inspired by Melquíades and Colombian music. Faith杨馥蔚 invited to play the female lead in Leonard Lai’s latest short film 失去愛 (Love Lost) is having its World Premiere at the 32nd Sao Paulo International Film Festival in Brazil from 17~28 Oct 2008!The film is IN COMPETITION for the Short & Medium Length Film category. You can check out the festival website here.
This is the 2nd time Leonard’s films are shown in Latin America. The 1st time was in Mexico back in 2007 for “The High Cost of Living”. Enjoy the snippets of the film!
